Classes
Classes can be purchased individually, but you can also become a member to get exclusive content AND discounted rates per class when you subscribe to a series. Without membership, a user can purchase a series of classes that go for 4 weeks {$250} See more details further below.

With a membership, a user pays $170 on top of the monthly membership fee. Membership fees
Hatchling
- New thing! New activity, new muscle engagements, new sensations! Use the hammock as a tool to learn movements and flows while gaining the basics for leaving the ground! Get the workout while having fun!
- Syncing movement to breath and holds for the opportunity of full decompression. A wonderful hour focused on slowing down, be ready for a nap by the end.

Dragonette
- You’ve started stretching your wings and are looking to the sky! Congratulations! The ground now becomes a reference point. Elevate the basics, expanding available movement, spend more time in the hammock and stretching the flight skills, let’s do this!

Dragon
- Skills unlocked! Flying is as familiar as walking now, the ground is now but only a reference point. Here’s to adding more spins, flips, dips, length and all of the expressions in between!
- Dragon tiers is all access to classes as long as membership is active. Series classes, which are four week progressions, are available for individual purchase or discounted for members.
