As a kid, I had always looked to the sky. Any way to get off the ground, I was down to try it.
When I got older I realized that “defiance” of gravity wasn’t actually a goal, it became the partner in a dance. A part of life that didn’t have to be conformed to as much as could be partnered with. It became far more than a workout (though definitely still!), it evolved into meditation, self expression, exertion, and sometimes even a way to rehab from an injury. It became a part of body awareness, self awareness, which morphed into strength, greater range and ease of motion and a wonderfully fun work out!

Gravity is a Theory
“Working out is good for health”, and although that’s true, sometimes traditional workouts just don’t do it.
For those that enjoy all the options with all of the benefits, Gravity is a Theory!
Ranging from a meditation focus, to strength and flexibility training, aerials is the workout everyone needs with the ability to customize it for individual goals. The options are boundless!
Whether you’re a he, she, they, duck, swan, or maybe just for whatever reasons, unjustifiably born without wings, you still deserve to fly!
